Dear Grandson Ethan,
Soon you will be 3 years old! You have developed into a talkative, bright loveable little boy. The joy and love you have brought to Nana and Papa is immeasurable. As your Sunday School teacher, I have observed how you interact and play with other children. You are kind, fair and share your toys. Recently, at a Halloween event, you encountered a playmate who had pushed you in class. You boldly walked up to him and stated “you pushed me”! The kid was stunned by your assertiveness. We are so proud of the way as Mommy and Daddy would say you “use your words’’.
You and I like to pretend play..dressing up like lions at Halloween, wearing tiny pet Christmas hats and using a flashlight in the dark as we cuddle together in our tent. Papa and I treasure these special times with you and we thank God for you every day.
