Dear Etrain,
This past weekend was Valentine's Day. As I mentioned earlier, your dad and I were out of town this weekend, so we didn't get to spend it with you. But while we were gone, I was looking at old photos of you and came across the ones from last Valentine's Day.
Every year (when we are in town), your dad takes me to one of my favorite restaurants, Javiers. Javiers is always busy on Valentine's Day and hard to get reservations. Last year, the only opening they had was early afternoon, which worked out perfect because we had you with us. We decided to get dressed up for our date, which meant you had to be fancy too - especially since you turned two months old that day. Can we talk about how adorable you looked?!
After I went crazy taking a zillion photos of you, we all posed together for a family photo. For a long time that was the only decent family photo we had. It's hanging in your room right now.
I can't believe you were that tiny! I love you my sweet little Valentine.

PS- Not too long after, we needed to get you a passport and therefore a passport photo. Turned out that the white background (and awesome outfit) in these photos were perfect for it. Probably the best passport photo ever. :)
